Boutique B&B El Refugio is located on the border of the Sierra de Tejeda Almijara y Alhama natural park, at the foot of la Maroma. This small-scale, attractive B&B perhaps has the most beautiful view over the Axarquía.The road ends three kilometers past the village of Alcaucín and you imagine yourself at the end of the inhabited world. Here you can enjoy phenomenal panoramic views of the Axarquía valley with the nearby La Viñuela reservoir and the Boquete de Zafarraya mountain range.
Surrounded by nature, you can completely relax by the pool or in one of the lovely other spots in the garden. But if you want more action, it's close by. Walking, cycling, a trip past authentic white villages, a visit to the royal cities in Andalusia, a day at the beach, etc. It is all possible from this B&B accommodation!
El Refugio offers four attractive rooms with private entrance, two of which are comfort rooms and two spacious suites. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with all amenities.
Please note: El Refugio is not suitable for young children, but everyone from the age of 15 is welcome.
