Landhoeve Holiday home is all alone 'in the middle of nowhere' and near the water. The accommodation is not located on a holiday park. The holiday home is located in Rijkel aan het bos, near the lovely village of Beesel in Limburg, voted the "Greenest Village of the Netherlands" and known for the Draakteken festival.The forest is part of the Maas-Swalm-Nette nature reserve. Sitting on the terrace you have a view of the unspoilt Meuse valley. There is a lot of nature around the ruralhut. It is an official quiet area, it is very quiet. The paths lead through the forest and fields with a view of the rivers Swalm and Maas. There are many forest and dirt roads for walking. With dozens of beautiful cycling routes. Possibility of fishing.
In season you can take a foot ferry to Neer. Here you will find a children's playground, football goals and trampolines. Shops five minutes by car. 3 kilometers from Swalmen station. The Pieterpad is 4 kilometers from here. The A73 is seven minutes by car. The cottage is eight kilometers from the largest brand outlet center in Europe: the Designer Outlet McArthurGlenn in Roermond.

Landhoeve Holiday home has a spacious living room with French doors and TV, a country style kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet and sink. There is a bedroom with a double bed (electrically adjustable with two single mattresses) and a loft with three single beds. The holiday home is heated with central heating. Next to the house you will find a private lawn and a terrace with nice garden chairs. You can BBQ or bake pizza in the outdoor oven. If they are available, you can also pick the free forgotten vegetables in the vegetable garden.
