Onder de Eiken is a large, tastefully furnished farmhouse from 1836 located in the center of the Drenthe village of Diever. The village borders directly on the Drents-Friese Wold, one of the largest national parks in the Netherlands with 32 marked hiking trails and many cycle paths. The historic village of Diever is located in the heart of the north-west of Drenthe and is surrounded by beautiful nature reserves, including the Dwingeldervel National Park, one of the largest wet heathlands in Western Europe.Onder de Eiken is suitable for 2 to 10 people and is fully equipped.
On the ground floor you will find:
- 1 double bedroom with double bed and 43' Smart TV / Blu-ray player. Iron / ironing board (in closet)
- Large shower room (ground floor)
- Separate toilet
- Utility room with washer-dryer and dishwasher.
- Kitchen with dining tables / gas stove / electric mini oven / microwave / fridge-freezer / toaster / 3 coffee makers (a filter coffee machine, a Dolce Gusto and a Senseo machine) and kettle
- Living room with 55' Smart TV / Blu-ray player (including DVD collection) / sound system (including CD collection) and toys
- Smoke detector
1st floor:
- 4 double rooms with 2 × single beds (3 of which have 2 × single box spring beds and a washbasin). On request, 2 extra single beds or possibly 2 children's beds are available
- Stair gate available. 2 high chairs and 2 cots available

Outside the accommodation:
- Parking space for 2 cars available. More parking spaces at the end of the cycle path (turn right at the supermarket, then take the first right, parking spaces can be found opposite the office with the orange door)

- The nearby supermarket, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, an award-winning bakery, souvenir shops, tourist office, archaeological museum, dolmen and the Drents-Friese Wold National Park are all within walking distance.
