Villa Allamanda is a contemporary, elegant five-bedroom villa. The villa is all on one level and features an impressive 1,500 square foot great room with 2-foot ceilings and 5-foot sliding glass doors that open to an expansive covered terrace.The 85-foot terrace offers guests the luxury of enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Play billiards or ping pong, enjoy a frozen cocktail at the bar while watching a sporting event on the outdoor TV, or relax on the sofa and read a book, occasionally looking up to watch the kids play in the infinity edge, beach-access saltwater pool before looking out over the Caribbean Sea.
Three master bedrooms are accessed from the terrace or an interior hallway. Two of these are 18 feet square and have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and walk-in closets. The third master bedroom is 2 feet square and has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an outdoor shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. There is also a two-bedroom family suite that shares an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The parents’ (or nanny’s) room, which is considered the fourth master, has a private, secure garden. The children’s room can be configured as an optional king-size bed or two single beds. All bedrooms have beautiful teak floors, are comfortably air-conditioned, and have 42-inch cable televisions.

The great room has a 70-inch LCD TV and a video game system. WiFi internet is available throughout, as well as a wireless speaker system (SONOS) in public areas that can stream thousands of radio stations from around the world.
The villa is set on two acres of manicured grounds with an impressive children's play area with swings and a fifteen-foot slide. A half basketball court is incorporated into the driveway.
The villa's staff consists of a butler, a cook, two chambermaids, a laundress and a night porter. They will do everything to meet your every need.
