The conditions below apply to the visit of the BnBXL.com website and the use of the displayed information (including the process for placing a booking request and the offer on BnBXL.com). BnBXL.com is part of the Dutch company Amphebia, thus subject to Dutch law. BnBXL.com has the right to change these terms at any time, without prior notice.
Pricing
The prices shown are per accommodation and based on private transport. These prices are always based on a stay of one or more nights, which is clearly stated in the price. The maximum number of persons that can stay within an accommodation can vary and is also mentioned in the price. Stated is also if breakfast is included or if supplemental costs apply. All prices are subject to typographical errors and to change.
Additional charges and surcharges
BnBXL.com does not charge booking fees or other surcharges. The use of our service is free.
If you would like to have an cancellation insurance, we advise you to contact your insurance company. Unfortunately it is not (yet) possible to arrange a cancellation insurance policy through BnBXL.com.
Most holiday accommodations charge tourist taxes. These costs can vary by municipality and are always per person per night.
If you would have special requests (such as extra beds or a bicycle), we advise you to directly contact the owner of your holiday accommodation after your booking is confirmed. Please note that your accommodation can charge you for these extra requests.
Confirmation of your booking
After you have placed your booking request, you will receive a summary or your request per email. Your reservation is not yet confirmed. The accommodation must first accept this booking request. This is arranged by BnBXL.com. Once your holiday accommodation has approved your reservation request, you will receive through BnBXL.com an email with the final confirmation of your booking. This will contain all details of your reservation. From then, your reservation is final. You are expected to arrive at the holiday accommodation on the date mentioned in the email.
Payment Information
Payment is arranged with the owner of the accommodation upon arrival at your accommodation. The total amount that you have to pay, is stated on your confirmation. Any special requests need to be paid for separately at the accommodation.
No availability - accommodation is fully booked
Unfortunately it is possible that the holiday accommodation of your choice is already fully booked. Most holiday accommodations on BnBXL.com also accept booking request through other channels. The owner of the accommodation has the responsibility to update regularly the availability of his guest house. In case of non-availability, it might be possible that you are offered an alternative stay in the same accommodation. Obviously you are not obliged to use this alternative offer.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of your reservation, a cancellation fee can be charged bij the owner of the accommodation. The cancellation fee is calculated as follows:

- If canceled up to 18 days before arrival, you will have to pay 50% of the total amount of your reservation.
- If canceled up to 5 days before arrival, 75%,
- If canceled up to 2 days before arrival, 90% and on the day of arrival 100%.
